Physical Pain, Emotional Causes.
Undoubtedly, mankind has reached an amazingly prominent level of external development.
Generally, there is plentiful and adequate food, comfortable and accessible clothing, and cosy and efficient shelters. All these mean that, externally, things have reached a homely stage.
Yet, though most people have no major physical problems that cannot be treated or cured by medical technologies, drugs and expertise, one cannot but be shocked by the outrageously high number of people suffering from psychological problems, and emotional outbursts, that negatively impact their physical structures.
These emotional diseases are a widespread phenomenon manifested as loneliness, self-non-acceptance, not being loved, intense stress, sense of not belonging, anger, sadness, anxiety, and so on and so forth in a myriad of undesirable, and undesired, symptoms.
All these psychological disorders inevitably lead to a weakening of physical vitality and, eventually, they hinder the body’s capacity to maintain a strong immune system, which is the advent of bodily diseases.
In other words, in the modern world, most of human problems have a psychological and emotional origin that, as time goes by, affects the physical structure in a damaging way.
Therefore, it is high time that we start addressing, and caring for, our emotional well-being aiming to have a more balanced, inspiring, and fulfilling existence.
Otherwise, we face the risk of having a miserably painful and narrowing journey, which is unnatural because life is all about overflowing riches, abundant vigor and expanding consciousness.
