On Personal Changes

Personal changes are an intrinsically individual process.

Basically, no one can change anyone else, unless the other person wants to change or accepts to be changed.

On the other hand, if a person wants to change, no force in the world can stop the person from undergoing a transformation.

These two points, i.e., the effects of the willingness or the unwillingness to change, are an irrevocable principle of life.

Regardless of that, even though it is impossible to change other people, it is always possible to create favorable situations and provide appropriate environments wherein the other person will find inspiring opportunities for changing towards a more desired and uplifting lifestyle.

In other words, changes are an individual process, but they are highly influenced by the surrounding ecosystem.

Therefore, if you want to change, but the environment is not conducive, instead of wasting your time struggling to change the external world, it is wiser to change the place where you are at so that you can become the shining star and fulfilled person that you were born to be.

Meanwhile, keep on changing and refining yourself.
