Love’s Journey
In the magnificent journey of love
We are all earnest seekers
Pursuing its nectar, below and above
Going always farther and deeper
There are scary and unknown depressions
But also, sublime and inspiring mountains
Sometimes it imprisons like a terrifying obsession
Others it springs forth, like magical fountains
Every now and then, we feel ourselves in a safe zone
Whereas other times, it all seems to move away
Either we feel elated, blessed and second to none
Or lost in the wilderness of an obscure milk way
Yet, we keep steady and hopeful in our dreams
For maybe love is nothing, but our own soul
That runs constantly like a majestic stream
Connecting earth and heavens, you and I, thru our celestial pole.
