Everyone, at a certain point in life, is hurt in some way or another.
Some Lucky people rarely have been exposed to painful situations whereas some others have suffered more than they wished or more than they could bear.

Regardless of the frequency and intensity, hurt is pretty much present in people’s lives.

Oftentimes, these situations leave behind deep and vivid scars that cannot be easily removed. It is called emotional trauma.

In addition, the exposure to these situations also creates a “vendetta” behaviour in the unconscious mind of the individual because he believes that his suffering is the biggest pain ever in all human history and, consequently, eventually he will try to show it to other people so that his sense of being a victim can have some empathy.

In other words, even subconsciously, almost every victim will have the tendency of victimizing someone else in his life.
However, this does not need to be everyone’s reality because every person is endowed with free will, and consequently everyone can choose not to hurt someone else no matter how much he has been hurt.

This is one of the greatest accomplishments that any person can achieve in his life because, by doing so, he is breaking a vicious cycle that perpetuates violence and obnoxious situations in anyone’s life.

Consequently, a person who is capable of resolutely choosing not to hurt someone else is definitely a role model to society anywhere in the world.

Therefore, may we all grow into such a courageously gentle, compassionate, and loving, human beings.
